1. About these terms
PXLTAB is the trading and service name used to provide the PXLTAB platform.
PXLTAB provides browser-based artificial intelligence tools for creating, generating, and editing architectural visualizations.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PXLTAB.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using PXLTAB, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use PXLTAB.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- keep your account information current;
- protect your password and authentication credentials;
- take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account;
- and notify PXLTAB promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security failure directly caused by PXLTAB.
You may not sell, transfer, or provide access to your account in a manner that bypasses plan, usage, security, or credit restrictions.
3. The PXLTAB service
PXLTAB may provide features including:
- AI architectural image generation;
- image-to-render workflows;
- image editing;
- reference-based generation;
- generation history;
- account management;
- plan and credit management;
- credit-based usage;
- and related visualization tools.
Features, AI models, workflows, providers, limits, and availability may change over time.
AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
PXLTAB outputs are not architectural, engineering, construction, regulatory, legal, safety, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are suitable for your intended use.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in prompts, images, sketches, 3D views, reference material, masks, instructions, and other content you submit to PXLTAB.
You grant PXLTAB a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and transform that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide requested features;
- generate or edit content;
- maintain and secure the service;
- troubleshoot technical issues;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- and provide customer support.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority required to upload and process your content.
Do not upload content that you are not authorized to use.
5. Generated outputs
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated through your PXLTAB account.
PXLTAB does not guarantee that generated outputs:
- are unique;
- are factually or technically accurate;
- qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection;
- are free from similarity to third-party content;
- or are free from third-party claims.
AI systems may generate similar or identical outputs for different users.
You are responsible for evaluating generated content before using it commercially, professionally, publicly, or as part of a construction or design decision.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use PXLTAB to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- engage in fraud, abuse, or deception;
- upload malware or malicious code;
- interfere with or disrupt PXLTAB;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or systems;
- scrape or overload the service in an unauthorized manner;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, credit systems, plan limits, or security controls;
- reverse engineer PXLTAB except where applicable law expressly allows it;
- resell access to PXLTAB without authorization;
- or use the service in a manner that creates unreasonable security, legal, or operational risk.
PXLTAB may block requests or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Plans and credits
Current plans, prices, features, and credit allocations are described on our Pricing page and at checkout.
The information displayed at checkout at the time of purchase controls the applicable:
- price;
- 30-day Plan-credit period;
- included credits;
- plan features;
- and usage limits.
PXLTAB may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not alter a completed purchase.
One-time purchases
Paid plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. A later purchase requires a new checkout action.
Credits
PXLTAB credits:
- may be used only for eligible PXLTAB actions;
- have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for money;
- cannot normally be sold or transferred;
- and may have different usage costs depending on the feature or model used.
Unless otherwise stated on the Pricing page or at checkout, Plan credits expire 30 days after the latest successful purchase. A new purchase before expiration adds its credits to the remaining Plan balance and resets that balance's expiration to 30 days from the new purchase.
Failed generations
If PXLTAB records an eligible generation as failed because of a technical failure, the applicable reserved or charged credit may be released or returned to your account.
A returned credit is not a cash refund.
8. Payments and third-party providers
If paid plans become available, purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider, reseller, or Merchant of Record selected by PXLTAB.
The selected provider may handle checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, payment documentation, buyer payment support, and payment-related returns and refunds.
PXLTAB does not directly process or store complete payment card details when a third-party provider processes the transaction.
The identity of the selected provider and any additional terms that apply will be presented before or during checkout.
9. Cancellation and refunds
There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal to cancel.
For help with a completed payment, contact PXLTAB and identify the exact transaction. A billing message does not automatically refund a payment.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, any applicable payment-provider policies, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
PXLTAB does not provide additional refund rights except where expressly stated or required by applicable law.
10. Service availability
PXLTAB is provided using internet infrastructure and third-party technology.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability;
- a specific generation speed;
- continuous availability of a specific AI model;
- that every generation request will succeed;
- or that every feature will remain permanently available.
Interruptions may result from maintenance, third-party providers, infrastructure failures, internet conditions, capacity limitations, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to the service
PXLTAB may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features, workflows, integrations, providers, or models.
We may also impose or change reasonable technical, security, rate, or usage limits.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes affecting an active paid plan.
12. Suspension and termination
PXLTAB may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- a material or repeated breach of these terms;
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- security risk;
- unauthorized or abusive use;
- non-payment;
- payment disputes;
- legal requirements;
- or conduct that threatens PXLTAB, its users, providers, or infrastructure.
Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using PXLTAB at any time.
13. PXLTAB intellectual property
PXLTAB and its associated:
- software;
- interfaces;
- workflows;
- branding;
- visual designs;
- databases;
- documentation;
- and platform technology
are owned by PXLTAB or its licensors.
Using PXLTAB does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
You receive only the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms and your applicable plan.
14. Your responsibility for your use
You are responsible for:
- content you submit;
- having permission to use that content;
- how you use generated outputs;
- complying with applicable laws;
- and independently reviewing results before relying on them.
PXLTAB is not responsible for claims resulting solely from content you upload without authorization or from unlawful use of generated outputs by you.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PXLTAB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
PXLTAB makes no guarantee that:
- the service will always be available;
- every generation will succeed;
- outputs will be accurate or unique;
- outputs will be suitable for a particular purpose;
- outputs will be free from third-party claims;
- or PXLTAB will satisfy every user's requirements.
Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PXLTAB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes, where legally permitted:
- lost profits;
- lost revenue;
- lost business opportunities;
- lost data;
- business interruption;
- replacement-service costs;
- or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PXLTAB's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid for PXLTAB during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Third-party services
PXLTAB depends on third-party services that may include:
- AI model providers;
- cloud infrastructure;
- storage providers;
- authentication systems;
- monitoring services;
- email services;
- and third-party payment providers.
Third-party services may experience outages, change their products, impose limits, or discontinue functionality.
PXLTAB is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
18. Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service when PXLTAB changes or where necessary for legal, operational, security, or regulatory reasons.
The "Last updated" date will identify the latest version.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
20. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These terms are interpreted subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
A selected payment provider's applicable terms may separately govern transactions processed by that provider.
