1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to PXLTAB one-time plan purchases and associated usage credits.

It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

If paid plans become available, purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider, reseller, or Merchant of Record selected by PXLTAB.

The selected provider may handle payment processing and payment-related refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. One-time plan purchases

PXLTAB paid plans are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and there is no future recurring charge to cancel.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

  • Plan credits remain available for 30 days from the latest successful purchase;
  • a new purchase adds its credits to the remaining Plan balance;
  • and the combined Plan balance then expires 30 days after that latest purchase.

Contacting support or stopping use does not automatically create a refund for a payment already processed.

3. General refund rule

Except where required by applicable law or approved under an applicable payment-provider policy, purchases of PXLTAB digital services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction.

PXLTAB does not promise or guarantee refunds simply because:

  • credits remain unused;
  • a plan was not used as frequently as expected;
  • a user changed their mind;
  • or generated content did not match a subjective preference.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights or a payment provider's ability to determine that a refund is appropriate.

4. Circumstances that may justify review

Refund or billing requests may be reviewed where there is evidence of:

  • a duplicate charge;
  • an incorrect charge caused by a billing error;
  • unauthorized payment activity;
  • a significant failure to provide the purchased service;
  • or a mandatory refund right under applicable law.

Approval is not automatic.

Additional information may be requested to verify the account, transaction, or circumstances.

5. AI-generated results

AI generation is probabilistic.

A generated result that is technically successful but does not match a user's subjective preference does not automatically qualify for a cash refund.

Users are encouraged to use available controls, prompts, references, and workflows to refine generation results.

6. Failed generations

If PXLTAB records an eligible generation as failed because of a technical failure, the applicable reserved or charged PXLTAB credit may be released or returned to your account.

A credit correction is not a cash refund.

A single failed generation does not automatically qualify an entire plan purchase for a cash refund.

If a failed generation does not result in the expected credit correction, contact contact@pxltab.com with the relevant generation information where available.

7. Service interruptions

Temporary downtime, maintenance, AI-provider interruptions, or isolated technical problems do not automatically create a right to a full plan refund.

If a significant service failure materially prevents access to a purchased service for an unreasonable period, contact PXLTAB.

Depending on the circumstances, PXLTAB may:

  • restore affected credits;
  • correct the service issue;
  • provide replacement service;
  • extend access where appropriate;
  • or ask the applicable payment provider to review a full or partial refund.

Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. How to request assistance

For billing or refund assistance, contact:

contact@pxltab.com

Where possible, include:

  • the email associated with your PXLTAB account;
  • the payment transaction, receipt, or invoice identifier;
  • the date of the charge;
  • the amount;
  • and a brief explanation of the issue.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment-card details.

Buyers may also contact the applicable payment provider using the support details shown during checkout or on their receipt.

9. Payment-provider refund decisions

Transactions processed through a third-party payment provider may be subject to that provider's applicable buyer terms and refund policy.

The provider may approve, decline, or process refunds in accordance with its policies, payment-network requirements, and applicable law.

PXLTAB does not guarantee the outcome of a refund request submitted to a third-party payment provider.

10. Approved refunds

If the applicable payment provider approves a refund, it will process the refund through the applicable payment system.

The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment method, financial institution, payment network, and payment provider.

PXLTAB cannot guarantee a specific bank-processing time after a refund has been issued.

11. Credits after a refund

If a payment is fully or partially refunded, PXLTAB may make corresponding adjustments to:

  • plan access;
  • credit balance;
  • plan status;
  • and benefits associated with the refunded purchase.

This is intended to prevent a user from receiving both the refunded payment and the full benefits associated with that payment.

12. Unused credits

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout or on the Pricing page:

  • credits have no cash value;
  • unused credits cannot be exchanged for money;
  • credits cannot normally be sold or transferred;
  • and unused Plan credits expire 30 days after the latest successful purchase.

13. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Nothing in this policy prevents a buyer from exercising lawful payment-dispute or chargeback rights.

Where a transaction is disputed, PXLTAB may temporarily restrict access or benefits associated with that transaction while the matter is investigated.

PXLTAB may also take reasonable action to prevent fraud, payment abuse, or unauthorized account activity.

14. Refund abuse

PXLTAB may restrict accounts where there is reasonable evidence of deliberate refund abuse, fraud, payment manipulation, or misuse of plan or credit systems.

Examples may include intentionally consuming substantial paid resources and then repeatedly submitting fraudulent refund requests.

This section does not restrict legitimate refund requests or mandatory consumer rights.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as PXLTAB, applicable payment-provider requirements, or applicable laws change.

The "Last updated" date will identify the current version.

Changes do not remove mandatory rights that already apply to a transaction.
